Exchange and return policy
Our valued customers can exchange or return their purchases within 14 days from the date of receiving the order under the following terms and conditions:
1) The goods to be exchanged or returned must be in good condition, displayable with their packaging and tags, and are accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
2) That the goods to be exchanged or returned do not conform to the standard specifications, or have a defect or defect that is not apparent at the time of purchase.
3) Perfumes must be returned unopened and used, and without prejudice to any packaging.
4) In the event that the order is desired to be returned after receiving it intact without any damages, the customer shall bear the cost of the delivery service.
